The Tejas dropped an LGB on a target and fired R 73. The R 73 missed the flare, pathetic Russian Technology.

Even the Igla missed the flare, pathetic Russian Technology again !!!

Thank God we are moving towards Israel for our SAMs and Air to Air Missiles.

R73 or Igla or Aksah etc are not hit to kill missiles, rather they explode when come within a distance to the target. If the pass close to a flare that is very accurate because a real fighter is a much bigger target.
