Usually the hostilities boil over when the snows melt.

Wars will always be about Kashmir.
But Pakistan is in no condition to fight a war.
Specially when CPEC is going on.
And I dont think India can either.

There will be, this may come as a threat, but Pakistanis arent the one that would keep quite on whats happening in Kashmir.

The only reason Pakistan cannot fight a war in the short-time frame, is because Pakistan cannot afford one.

We will both see a completely changed geopolitical picture somewhere near 2022.
