Nop, its not like that. Human life cannot be taken in 2-3 sec by hanging. There are 2 scenarios what happens during hanging when it comes to gallows. 99% of it done by professionals will lead to the neck breaks and severs the spine, blood pressure drops down to nothing in about a second, and the subject loses consciousness but death itself will take 10-20 mins to arrive.

due to hanging duration i used 2 think it takes one hour. They keep hanging maybe so incase man is alive.......

Nop, victim will know that pain. Just do a small experiment, touch ur feet or ask someone to touch ur feet, you will know it almost instantly its because brain gets information really fast like 260 miles/hr fast.

Death in 1,2 sec is irrational thing. Even if u cut a humans head and his head is lying in one corner, you will see the body moving and getting jerks before hes fully dead.

I don't consider them anything but a necessary step taken at this point in time.

I don't give a frig about the sanctity of life for the State will always be more sacred to me anyhow and because we need to hang hardened criminals and terrorists right now who have the blood of dozens of innocent Pakistan on each of their hands I am perfectly fine with any exceptions right now ! Besides its not as if people are being picked up and sent to the gallows as if a conveyor belt is on; these people have been convicted by courts, their review petitions exhausted and their mercy petitions denied before they are tried once more in military courts - That, at least in theory, ought to remove any doubt as to their being guilty.

In another time I would vociferously advocate the suspension of the death penalty until a better, more efficient legal system were in place that ensures that only those who've committed a murder beyond a shadow of a doubt (and not reasonable doubt) are made to pay for their crimes.

basically because you are scared for your life.. you dont care how many innocents die..
end justifies means.... individual need to die to save the state...

I said that with the amount of safeguards in place the chances of a miscarriage of justice are atrociously low and that these are exceptional circumstances; furthermore in peace time I would want the whole legal system to be revamped but now is not that time.
