well for past 60 years till 80`s pakistan was better economically then india and afters 90 only that indian started to grow economically . so its rally absurd that even if pakistan become economically indian wont flonder .

India wanting a strong Pakistan is a joke, because a strong Pakistan will have a bigger military budget, India lying through their teeth to not look like the agressors, even though they are!!!

It makes perfect sense for India to want a peaceful region. Look at America its trade with neighbours is HUGE (100s of billions) India has economic growth as a priority and with MMS at the helm normalisation of talks and increased trade is a key priority. No one will benefit if there's war. And even if Pakistan increases defence budget, so what? There is no way it will ever now be able to match India's defence spending.

Sorry to diappoint you there, though we might see the partition as a bad incident that divided us. No longer we see it as a bad thing.. Look at the present state of Pakistan and that of INDIA. INDIA has grown to phinominal hights because of a vision of collective minds for the progress of the nation where as the leaders of Pakistan think that Pakistan will sieze to exist with out Kashmir and have lost vision for the rest of Pakistand and have brought more missary to their people.

what will happen when a good stock and a bad stock is merged together, The good stock losses its weight and the bad stock gains its current price. That will happen is INDIA and PAKISTAN are clubbed together.

Except that India's official name is Bharat Ganrajya. Oh and your Punjab and NWFP was ruled by Sikhs and Sindh by the Marathas. Before that Hindu and Buddhist kings ruled present day Pakistan for some 3000 years. A few years of Islamic rule is a mere drop in the ocean.

you can give your idea a try and tell it to your Civilian Government or the Military Admin(both are in its present state impotent and incapable for what you are asking for).
