Potential and actual realisation is a common thread in subcontinent in general....so painting BD as some electronics export hub (current or future) when 30% of its poorest kids actually complete lower secondary is quite silly.

BD is well behind Pakistan in absolute poverty and GDP per capita.....so don't kid yourself when @django says they are ahead of you in many many things.

Its true. But we are catching up a lot faster than BD is. In fact its lower than 10% most likely already....which is getting comparable to Pakistan (according to World Bank). BD is still above 30% at least.

So far there are only 2 I have found that can at least bring some fair economic and philosophical discussions (but still not technical/ high end defense related)
