No it hasnt.. it said that the MKI sits slightly better than its current legacy (F-15E) fighters(specifically in A2A).
Please do not gloat for no reason... credit due is better given realistically and not through bragging.

There has been NO comparison of the capability of the F-15SE to the MKI..ever.

One question, does Su-35 failed, why they are not inducting Su-35 if they are the most advance fighter produced by them

Has it proved this in "actual combat"? No I don't think so.... so I think it will not be fair to judge one thing that has already proven itself with the other which has yet to do so....

It has not failed, its going through testing and evaluation phase. Russian Air Force ordered 48 Su-35 in 2009 for next five years up-to 2015.
