Mark my words that Virat will win more matches for India than Sachin

Virat will be idolised for his commitment and strong character like no other cricketer

Large sheets of record makings wont define the personality of a cricketer .If I am not wrong ,in the batting field Sachin was always a perfect guy who didnt like rants and dramas .He always gave reply through his bat .
If you want to know it you should have seen that old Sharjah Cup(If I am not wrong) where he replied Olonga through his bat .
But Virat is already made some controversy

Aren't you comparing Sachin when he started and Sachin when retired . Virat is still a kid if you compare him with the giant, it will be unbiased let him spend some more years on crease then we will compare..

You begin with negating the effects the big performance on cricketer's personality and you end up praising Sachin's personality for his big performance.

When you will compare their performances on field and their personalities off field, you will find that Virat will always be ahead of Sachin.

Don't want to offend the Indian members, but i think Tendulkar was not a team player, he was a good batsman though. My all time favorite Indian batsman is Rahul Dravid, his batting was so stylish, and he is also a very decent person, never heard or seen him being rude. After Rahul i now like Virat.

Tendulkar was a great batsman . . .. but the strange thing with him was that the longer he stayed on the crease the more the chances of india were to loose the match , i remember one match with ireland where sachin almost or maybe made a double hundred and i bet with my cousin that india would loose, and guess what india did loose .
With kohli its quite the opposite, he is a match winner, he makes a 40 and it feels like india would win already, his zeal for win and his compassion for his game is exemplary . . . . as much as i hate him he is a great player, he is zidane of the cricketing world

Lol...true...when he scored his 100th century against BD my friends were all in a dilemma...we were really happy to witness him do it but also knew he was scoring against us and we would loose....but guess what we won that match...so that was a big win for BD fans because we witnessed his record and our victory.

BUT MARK MY WORDS when you will compare the Indian winning ratio of matches attributed to performances of Sachin AND Virat even then Virat will win hands down

Same with Gavaskar and Sehwag.But Sehwag is nowhere near the class of Gavaskar.Comparing a Batsman with a batsman who came 2 decades later isn't fair,especially when team got improved dramatically.
