In recent months, we witnessed our PM and then CJCSC go up flying in the F-16s.
What initially thought of as just joy rides were in fact highly classified missions.
The little information i received from well placed sources is that as can be seen that each sortie involved at least two aircraft and they were armed. Basically the VIPs were witnessing both interception exercise and techniques as well as ground strike missions. In essence it involved much more than what meets the eye.

I found it really interesting that the videos always showed only take off and landing. Absolutely no clue was provided about what happened in between. I mean, not even a single screen shot of the VVIP in the air. Screams classified.

Any ways what Mr. Abbasi can get any idea from flying in aircraft? When he is not professional.

A point my source stressed upon was that remember the PM is a fully qualified pilot.

Lol i seriously doubt that. You need a certain level of fitness, endurance and training to be able to perform high-g 'interception' missions and techniques on a jet fighter. You can't just wake up in your bed one day and decide you are going to do that.

There are two planes in each sortie because one plane carried the PM/CJCSC and the other carried Air Chief.

Lol i seriously doubt that. You need a certain level of fitness, endurance and training to be able to perform high-g 'interception' missions and techniques on a jet fighter. You can't just wake up in your bed one day and decide you are going to do that.

Those in any doubt watch the video @ 0.30 (Targeting Pods) and @ 0.47 (Pilot supporting JHMCS).
These wouldn't be needed for merely joy rides.

If they were highly classified missions then 1) why publicize it 2) why take PM and CJCSC on such missions? Even if they were on such a mission, so what? PAF is demonstrating what they are capable of.
