You can't be double taxed. If he has investment in the UK, it gets taxed there. However, he does need to nonetheless offer his real assets to ECP. But most of his assets must be under his children's name. Politcians are smart.

Also there are taxes on jet fuel. Further, jet fuel is very very expensive. Finally, if this trip was from KHI-ISB, it'd cost a lot of money, by including pilot's wage for duration of flight, flight maintenance as a result of that flight and so forth. I wouldn't be surprised if this flight cost $10,000 or 10 lak rupees, assuming it was KHI-ISB.
