Just so everybody knows. Rich people spending money in Pakistan is actually good for the country. VIP culture is not the same thing as being a VIP.

The problem we, the regular people of the country, have is abuse of authority by VIPs. Such as the baker boy and Rehman Malik booty-ban-from-plane incidents.

I don't know why everybody has an issue with people being just rich and using expensive services. If the money is do numberi, then I'm all for spending their way by legal means they wish to do so.

With due respect thus is not the VIP culture people are up against. It's treating common people as fiefs and slaves and getting stepped on day in and day out by waiting for hours for a protocol convoy to pass or a VIP to arrive for a flight or their paid seats being taken away to accommodate a VIP or being beaten up without any respite from law and the likes that the people are up against.
