well those chinese who work in VN r all excutives or other businessmen!~and those constructive workers sent by chinese company with higher salary(cause no one wanna work in thoese third world countries like VN) to help build roads and factories.u also can see many of them in AFRICA！~and I just know there are many vietnamese r working as cheap labors in guangxi...and many of them r illegal~

pls to check again my post. There is illegal immigrant unskilled Chinese worker. It is not permitted by Vietnam law and regulations.
