I don't always closely follow events of South China sea, but seriously, what on earth is wrong with Vietnam? Didn't US kill enough number of your people? What kind of 'peace' and 'prosperity' are expecting by inviting US to intervene in a region that his thousands if miles away from it? But behind the quote It is the concern in Vietnam about the balance of power in the region that is threatened after the radical shift of the Philippines.
