Afghan Taliban never accepted the Durand line even when they were actually not anti-Pakistan pre 9/11. That's a big no for anyone in Afghanistan, Taliban included. More so now.

If it is a NO then why are Pakistan hosting their refugees and giving them visa access and doing charity drives on their behalf?

They have really mismanaged the western front, hard border should have been declared as soon as Soviets invaded in return for assistance.

From the looks of it, these coils are unused, brand new. They have been transported here to be installed. Once you uplift a deployed barbed or razor wire, its gets spoiled and cant be used.

Things just don't add up as we have been told that fence with Afghan is complete so what barbed wire is doing the other side of the border. Where are our soldiers/FC ???

Sorry, I'm not buying that, my question is that with the fence in place, how can any of them just come over without destroying the fence first. And we have lost precious lives building that fence, do you think our soldiers would just stand around watching these losers help themselves.
