There is no point in repeating, ad-nauseam, that the temple was destroyed a long time as if that settles it. That may settle it for you but it is not for those who actually make the decisions i.e. Indians. If it is proven that the mosque was built on a temple, regardless of whether it is 10 years ago or 1000 years ago, that mosque will be removed and the temple restored.

If it is proven that the mosque was built on a temple, then the Muslims who ran that mosque will be given a new place and funds to build a mosque. If things progress smoothly, hopefully, this mosque itself can be relocated without damaging it to a new place. But in no circumstances will there not be a temple built.
