We're not exactly Hispanic - if we were, our culture would have been 100% similar to the Latin American countries, but the thing is, our culture is "complex".
One reason why we are not 100% Hispanic is because the said culture only makes up the diverse cultures we Filipinos have adopted (Chinese, Indian, Arabic (due to Islam arriving earlier than Catholicism), adding to that is our original culture is Malay or Austronesian and lastly the influence of American and possibly Japanese culture.
There is a chance that we may likely add Korean culture into our already diverse culture due to Korean pop-culture.
