Pakistan should let America use air corridor and land routes but Pakistan should start charging them money. No payment, no use of air space or our roads.

Pakistan is a member country of UN and not some illegal entity to which sending money becomes a crime.
And I don't see UN or EU putting economic sanction on Pakistan a possibility, whereby making the remittances illegal.
I know your kind wish such sort of troubles for Pakistan but it will remain what it is, your wishful thinking.

NK too is a member of UN,Iran too is a member you should have tried sending a dollar when Iran was under sanctions.

the issue is why was no proper frame work agreement made
instead money is channeled through a blank check coalition support fund

the reason is most of the money is reimbursement and goes back in corruption to bribe army generals and politicians alike

Stopping aid won't help much,it's the exports to US and EU and the remittance from US,UK and Two middle East countries which need to be cut

Is there anybody really thinking strategically in Pakistan, especially when it comes to long term economic planning. I hope it is the case.

During my bachelors (in Pakistan), we had a teacher for some humanities subject. He had a very catchy phrase that "hum bataur e qaum deharian laga rahe hain", which made sense. I hope that situation has changed for better now.

Support for the Taliban, if proven, is enough for sanctions.
Actually it is enough that US/EU decides that they do not like the colour of your moustache,
since any country can make decisions which country they will trade with.
They can also put pressure on other countries not to trade with Pakistan.
While Pakistan will certainly survive, it will not make life easier.

Its not that black and white. After all, US had allowed them to open a diplomatic office in Qatar some years back. Taliban, whether you like them or not (not a fan myself), are a reality of the Afghan political landscape. They are the past ruler of that country. And they are the locals, not some foreign force. Any settlement in Afghanistan would be void without there participation. So if Pakistan has any contact with them, it could be justified for these reasons.
