Hey this is my personal view but america is tryibg to make a scapegoat for current conditions in afghanistan and our government does not have any approach or policies towards foreign countries they are totally trying to work for their personal interst but army is trying to give impression that we are fighting against terrorists and terrorism has dropped sharply in pakistan in recent couple of years plus it also says that if you think there are safe heavens of terrorists give us location and we would evacuate them. But clearly our government lacks foreign policy or diplomatic strategy to enhance the image of pakistan due self centered priorities.

Oh yeah, Pakistan lacks a lot. Americans are obviously leaders in that. But Hindus are not far behind. In fact, the two 'democracies' have a lot common in them.

Pak's deficiencies. A lot more.

1) Pak is not able to create organizations like ISIS, YPG, TTP, and Jundallah that American and Indians have done in recent years. Pakistan lacks resources to create a supply chain from all over the world (especially from Europe and Middle East) to fulfill the manpower requirements of such terrorist organizations.
2) Pak is incapable to use the modern technology and medical sciences to turn the so-called Islamist elements into deadly animals who know nothing but killing innocent Muslims in parks, schools, markets, mosques, trainstations, etc. in Iraq, Syria, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Americans are doing that quite successfully.
3) Pak has not been able to transfer hundreds of ettrorists from Iraq and Syria to Afghanistan and provide them new terrorist infrastructure, weapons, guidance, and logistics support (unmarked helicopters) like American and Indians are doing right now.
4) Pakistan has proven weak in using the terrorism as a state tool (like Americans and Indians have done) and yet unleash a globally successful propaganda campaign labeling its enemies as nations financing terror networks.

The list goes on and on. Pak needs to learn something from Americans and Indians.

haqqani network has taken large sway of afghan territory from the yanks and limited the yanks to using helicopters from airport to their embassy!

Meanwhile Pakistan is building a fence at speed on afghan border and the only thing they have done is to uproot all of their own posts.

Some how we might be successful in securing our western border with fences, border out posts but beware of our South Western border with Iran and our sea line. We might be facing even bigger threat then TTP. India has just signed an agreement with Iran to operate Chahbahar port. That means an uninterrupted presence of Indian personals there. And that area lies within Iranian Baloch territory. Thats going to be very difficult challenge. We need to get our act together as soon as possible and avert this emerging threat in earlier stages.

You guys are blaming and making fun of americans for this initiative. But do you understand the consequences of getting in the grey list? It will slow down your remittances which are a major source of forex for you guys.
You can blame murica all you want, but if they are successful in putting you on that list, its gonna hurt. Which means they were effective while you could fo nothing to stop them.

we know the consequences and we know they r not doing just because india told them and this is why indian reaction is very cautious. they r actually losing Pakistan to China which was not in their script and as you see all the major western nations are supporting this resolution against Pakistan and they think they can do arm twisting against a third world country which will not e so easy now. They always have one or another kind of tools for third world countries and there is a lesson for indians as well that be friending with them very closely ( which india is currently doing that ) and b their partners against another country will never change their mindset and they will ditch their such so called partners with a package full of lies and sanctions ....

The difference between the two cases is the degree of dependence.
You can see that we have good relations with both US and russia, israel and iran. We do not believe in the zero sum game, which helps us collaborate on issues on which we agree and prevent disagreements from becoming conflicts.

We are in a brink of a trade war with US by imposing duties on their goods, but we collaborate on strategic issues.
You on the other hand put all your eggs in one basket and abdicate your interests for the sake of others.
