Blacks in America are still discriminated, jailed without proof and wait far longer for trial in courts and get much harsher punishments than their white fellow citizens for same or similar crimes.
Blacks get shot and killed by police for trivial reasons. Even a 13 year old black boy was shot dead by police for playing in a park with plastic toy gun.
Black children don't get admission in most private schools which are legally racist and are allowed to promote racial segregation by admitting white children only. In these private schools white children from mainly rich and upper middle class families grow up without ever coming in contact with a black person,making them paranoid, suspicious and wary of any colored person.
Areas of USA with black majority get the least amount of development work, have no employment opportunities and look no better than a slum area of Iraq or Syria.
Donald Trump may shout at the top of his voice about "Human rights and equality issues" in Saudia,Iran,China and the rest of the world ,while completely ignoring similar issues faced by 38% of Americans who are of non European or black origins.
Only 62% Americans are whites of European origins and Donald Trump only represents them. He has no understanding of 17% Latinos and none at all of 15% Black Americans.
It's silly to expect him to understand the Muslim world including Pakistan as he doesn't understand his own fellow citizens of non white origins.
Never during his election campaign has Donald Trump spoke about these issues relating to ethnic minorities of #America.
But he is very concerned about Pakistan and Dr.Afridi in Pakistani jail.
Mind your own business as getting Dr.Afridi released or poking your nose in Pakistan or some other #Muslim country won't solve the problems faced by your people mentioned above.
