Traditionally pakistan's arsenal has been deployed against India, and mercenaries have found ample support from both civilians for donations for jih@d and combat aid from military in both tactical and logistical form.

It is but natural to fear additional conventional military equipment to pakistan which is already armed to teeth.

I dont see tanks, APCs, MRAPs, guns, howitzers or any other war related equipment coming Pakistan's way.

The last time I was in Kashmir would be 23-26th December 2010. Celebrated Christmas with a Smirnoff (full) and slept in the floor of the house boat

It was also nice to see that all tourist spots were filled even during the off peak season.

Thanks for your concerns...wasn't alone..had two of my best buddies from school with me. Kashmir has changed for good, spoke with the owner of the house boat, who told that he had to sell 2 out the 3 house boats he owned, even had to migrate to Chennai and live their as their were demands for money and threat for life. But he was back and according to him business was taking a positive turn and things seemed to be moving towards the right direction.
