It is maybe secterian too, but if i share something with u during my study years we used to play a sport pakistanies arab, persians and there were many times when arab and persians will start arguing in minor issues and i had to interven between them. and most of the arabs were either from iraq or lebanon ( what i mean is they were also shia ) actually i never asked persians if they were shia but we took it they were shia. it is maybe secterian between saudies and persians but iraqies and persians? no it is also something else

Pretty much. So apparently there WAS an assassination attempt by Iranians. Something many people here automatically denounced as lies from the get go (I admit it did look fishy) And Iran requested to look at the evidence and apparently after looking at it they realized it was real.

Anyways I am glad our ambassador is alive. But since this is real I guess all Saudis abroad are in danger now. May God protect them against whoever is trying to hurt them.

agreed they are and were rivals , on top of being two different ethnicity these kids also belong two different sects , their never ending display of stupidity and ignorance is likely to stir up more troubles and incite hate in the muslim world. The divide will remain so , i dont know about you but i dont see it going any where and remain so for the 300 years unless they fight and get it even.
Now til recently both have been using pakistani terrain ... my question is for how long shall Pakistanis pay for their ignorance their ethinic or sectarian issues , why should we bear the brunt? i say screw both and stick to a Pakistan for Pakistanis not a slave or rent a nation for the muslim world.

Actually Saudis have funded lots of assassinations themselves, for example assassination of Iranian diplomats and pilots in Pakistan as well as mass killing of tens of thousands of Pakistanis. Every one knows where this funding is coming from. Every terror acts in today's world has its footprint going to Saudis. Whether those in Pakistan, Afghanistan, in the west or beyond. Talk about the leash now. I do not think there is enough leather in the world to make as many leashes for these mass murderers. They kill Muslims and feel proud.

Saudi funds have been used to fund sectarian groups in Pakistan, and some of those groups have the blood of Iranian diplomats on their hands....there was a vicious campaign in 1990s against Iranian diplomats; a handful of them had to flee the country

Pakistan really needs to uproot these hate/chauvinistic groups ---regardless of sectarian/majority/minority affiliation.....Pakistan is not Lebanon, Pakistan is not Yemen. We dont want our country to be playground for proxy battles, it should not be allowed.

it seems the saudi haters have gone to work and began the centuries old crying i don't say saudies funds have not come to pakistan but in the same token iranians and their slaves r also working in pakistan and if i put it iranians r more deadly then the saudies accept the minority sect cries a lot while we the largest sect just ignore it. the killing is from both sides and if the minority sects is getting killed it is obvious they r in minority they will loose more but to say they r very innocent and iranians r doing nothing in pakistan is unacceptable
