US Think-Tanks ask Pakistan to sign CTBT without waiting for India

NSG created after 1974 Pokhran test .Its aim was to clamp down Indias nuclear development .After 34 years when they signed nuclear deal we have been moved a lots more in nuke technology and advancement .
We have advanced Thorium technology ,AHWR and most modern Prototype Fast Breeder Reactor .We developed all this tech when we were in total isolation. In addition to that we have impeccable non proliferation record .We created our own tech without anyone favor but our own terrific effort. An unique case for US.They came here for a deal due to above reasons.
Pakistan cant fit in any of this picture.
That is why the US behaving like this
.US Govt will propose a deal like this .If you sign that you would sacrifice some of your interest .If you reject that US may pursue an alternative way to deal with your nuke.

Spare us with this BS, that you did all on your own. Here is list of just some of the countries that helped India. US, France and Russia, as well as Canada, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Argentina, Namibia, South Korea and the UK.

Manhattan Project,
U.S government research project (1942–45) that produced the second Atomic bomb. First was build by indians and it was called Samosa project.

Sometimes i wish a pure pathan is sent for negotiations and show them a full arm on such demands.
The same Pathan who required US assistance to fight USSR? I think they know well to deal with such people.

You don't know we had the know how to build a Atomic bomb way back in 1950's?
Homi Bhabha's Letters and transcripts to Nehru?

I think these US thinktank ppl must have had a hard time in controlling their laughter while formulating these demands, because in a serious world, everyone knows...theres no way Pakistan will even think to consider these demands, let alone accepting it and theres no other option but a definite no... After all, if Pak would have had to compromise on its nuclear prog, it would have done long ago, after Pressler ammendment.. The fact tht Pakistan didnt back down, then, also neither in 1998 on the issue of nuclear tests explosion and the sanctions afterwards, so theres no way Pakistan could ever be forced to reduce its nuclear program and everyone knows it.. We are not Iran......I think these are funny demands and nothing else.. We should treat them as such only

Lol..........I'm waiting for an article in dawn.com in which a Pakistani liberal traitor writes an article explaining why Pakistan should end it's nuclear progarm, why Pakistanis should excommunicate themselves from Islam snd that we don' t need nuclear weapons because Pakistanis and indians are the same.....lol

Totally agreed.. We might come across an article in either dawn or express tribune why Pakistans nuclear weapons are not needed, why we should unilaterally and voluntarily roll back our nuclear program.. Because its a big burden on our economy and its only because of nuclear weapons tht were in such poor economic state with no focus on education and health ( forget corruption of our leaders..pretend as if corruption doesnt exist) ...its only our nukes tht are the devil for all our woes.. And if we give up our nukes, entire world will support Pakistan and pressurise India to not escalate any tension and resolve all our issues through dialogue.. Whole world will assist Pakistan in case of any war with India, because we will have the moral high ground (again pretend 1971 never happened and US had immediately sent its military help to Pakistan)

EXACTLY!!!!!!!!...................These people are either paid off or completely thick and retarded. Just to add, these authors always indirectly insinuate that Pakistanis being Muslims is also the cause of our problems.

I have often wondered how much this people are paid to make anti-Pakistani articles.

I think it is time removes Quaid's photo and put up Modi's!

No way, india is conventionally stronger and bigger than pakistan. Given that nukes is their only saving grace. If pakistan had strong conventional forces they would never send terrorists to blow up inside india.

Pakistan will never give up the nukes. They are the only equalizer to the 1:7 parity India has in human resources as it has vastly larger population.

It would help people to think Pakistan think Utter Pradesh as both are about same - UP being tad more populous.

Utter Pradesh > Pakistan

Ps. What would India do if it faced China, China, China, China,China, China, China? I doubt it would give up nukes.

Right it was nehrus insistence on not having bombs bcos of his non aligned and flawed peace theories cost us a lot of time.

Mate, its time and what position you are in that matters. Westerners are united and they can do whatever they want.
Even if pakistan does not sign CTBT they will screw pakistan economically. Given that most of the ummah except Iran is under US only choice left is China. As such pakistan will be between rock & sea.

It is also in indias interest that pakistan does not sign CTBT, after pakistan they will try to drag india into it.
