We've been on their 'list' for a VERY VERY long time my friend. The recent geopolitical situation has sent the a*sholes into full panic mode.

Since the day Trump especially; started to insult UN and every other nation opposing US being World Police Idea, such watch list etc does not matter at all. It would have been real concern if US itself wasn't involved for many violations around the Globe that tops with War Crimes, invading other countries without any evidence (Read IRAQ) to attacks on other religions within US as well as rising hate crime against Muslims and non white people. There is a list which US itself has to answer let alone bullying others by mentioning of watch list. US lost the credibility when nations were supposed to worry about such type of announcements. It was US Intel that was caught red handed recording phone calls/spying officials of other nations including west and interfering/meddling into other affairs from sponsoring coups to what not.

A point to ponder: Since xyz list has started to appear; one can see that which area is going to be hit or fueled within Pakistan or any other nation that appears to be an opposition of US Bullying. Reaction is not a shock as such things are bound to happen especially after Jerusalem US Embassy move is being clearly rejected at UN.

We have seen in the past and still, it is the top priority to have an eye upon that our enemies will try to fuel ethnic, sectarian and religious based chaos/anarchy/unrest within Pakistan.
