Trump will be convicted on the Documents case in Washington because its a open and shut case with no real defence. Its a federal case so in theory he can pardon himself if he were to win ,
The rico case in Georgia is also where he WILL BE convicted as will Guilliani and other hangers on.
He cannot pardon himself in that case as even as President he would not have the power to do so because it is a case brought by the State of Georgia.
Trump is going to be convicted and will be sentenced to serve in a penitentiary or house arrest.

If he gets elected, he'll drag things out and there might even be pressure on the DOJ by congress -- if the majority is republican -- to hold off on any sentencing if he is found guilty in the Rico and Georgia cases as it's unprecedented and could be detrimental to the country. A sitting United States president gets convicted of a several major crimes and could be sentenced to prison for however many years? Something tells me they'll do everything in their power to find a way to circumvent that. Either make a deal, take a plea, whatever.

If January 6th was the result of the 50% who support him thinking that he was robbed of the election, then one can only imagine what they'll concoct and come up with for retribution.

The first time in the history of the United States of America the seat of the speaker of the house of representatives has been voted out and the seat has been declared vacant.

The vote just passed:
216 YEA
210 NAY

Unclear how the seat will be filled as of now. Congressman Matt Gaetz (R) who led the charge to have McCarthy removed is rumored to be the next speaker of the house.

And that worries me, the scumbag has all the traits of a dictator. If he wins, his second term would be an existential threat to democracy and a disaster for the country. He and his cronies already have plans to weaken checks and balances and centralize power in the Oval Office.

The race is between Steve Scalise and Jim Jordan, so for they are the only declared candidates for speaker of the House. Steve is supported by the so-called moderate wing of the Republican party and Jordan by Trump and other MAGA jerks.

Republican party has become a MAGA joke. It took them four days and 15 (humiliating) ballots to elect their speaker and then they rebelled against him and made him the first speaker in history to be removed after only nine months in office.

The chaos just shows they are incapable of governing!
