All I can say is please read my comments on this thread again with an open mind and try to understand the argument, which currently you are not.
You are focusing on the 'end state post nuclear war' - my point is that Pakistan's WMD capability and the potential regional targets allow Pakistan to prevent actions by other nations that would bring us to nuclear war.
Of course Pakistan will suffer, but Pakistan has to ensure that the rest of the world pays a very heavy price as well, and in ensuring that Pakistan can make the rest of the world pay a 'very heavy price', Pakistan perhaps ensures that events do not get out of control.
