US, Pakistan need to be honest about differences: senator

New Govt means new ideas and new opportunities both for US and Pak. This New Govt in Pak is clean and delivering to US where others fails.Things will be better down the road IA.
I agree with @Ghessan Bob is very senior senator and knows alot about US pakistan Afghanistan.its a great thing that senior Senators and law makers in US r paying attention to Pak and have a desire to mend the fence for great relationship down the road plus it should above Afghanistan as well not only Afghan specific I know theior immediate concern is Afghanistan but it should be above than this.

We haven't lost any influence in fact we are gaining more and more. Things are getting better specially when it comes to influence and making changes so please. USA not interested in economic zone we both can have good Military and Intelligence relations not economic ones

If Pak Govt make an effort and desire it can motivate US for Economic zones like jorden and isreal.its should be Economic, military COIN cultural relationship with US too just like China.

US has one goal at the moment and that is to leave Afghanistan "winning the war" propaganda with "pride and honor"

they are not looking into any type of relationship with Pakistan beyond this. the only reason they have toned up with Pakistan is because we kept our feet strong on Afghan issue.

Economic relations with US would not be easy in the future it would be an uphill task but we can achieve it with good diplomacy. CPEC lure many and US cannot ignore it and that can bring alot for us if we will play good.

European countries are not fool looking and waiting for CPEC and giving courtesy calls.

Bill Gates is already pledging to invest in IT and Startup sectors too....dont that give u a clue? Meri jaan, ye Google waly, Microsoft waly or facebook etc etc waly pagal hain Pakistani talent ko attain karny k lea!

Google and Facebook are banned in China for very good reasons.

Why continue sending our talent overseas or to these foreign companies? Why not make the environment for local companies to thrive instead?

Really, we do not need Google and Facebook setups in Pakistan.

no, make them open their centers and offices in here like they have in india to operate for Asia....they can do that in here too.
