US aviation authority FAA releases a speific guideline on December every year including a NOTAM and this guideline is posted every year. There is a reason why PAkistan is not able to attract investment from North America, but indian media used to ignore it, not that huge a deal.
The reason why they posted this news is because a travel alert has been issued by Canada and US to its citizens esp. women(you all know the reason why), so to balance this out Times Now posted this news as per their twisted report and india today, times of india followed by reproducing this item on their paper. This is how they treat the hindu rabies disease to help calm their joke population who is not worried if Muslim or Pakistan is shown not doing well.

If US airlines avoid Pakistan airspace it would be the best thing for PAkistan as none of them land in the country but use Pak airspace as transit for India or else its non-feasible for them to fly to India. They don't have any option, China charges heavily and puts route bans on airlines. If not for Pakistan most of the commercial air travel to india from the west would be finished.
