This is an admiral speaking. Am not sure if you guys understand a little bit of military issues or not, but usually when an
ADMIRAL talk, it involves
SHIPS.
This is what a 'ship' looks like...
It floats on something calls 'water, and for a 'warship', it usually floats on 'seawater', which have a lot of salt in it.
Anyway...Warfare on water is vastly different than on land. Soldiers on land shoots at each other. Sailors at sea do not. Ships fight each other. What this mean is that the ship whose sailors have the most knowledge of naval warfare and of their own vessel, and have the most experience, usually win.
That is what the admiral was talking about.
