And regarding prank, Chinese soldier will definitely not trained to disregard other countries culture unlike the American who think US is always number one and all other countries are inferior. It is ok to prank in other countries

And no, PLA soldier is the same, they commit crime, the reason they weren't commiting any crime overseas is that they don't get to send overseas often.

Yeah, mali, Sudan, how many PLA troop deployed to those place per year? A Battalion? Do you know how many US soldier were deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan a year? If you get some rapist in those 500, then the sample is not good for PLA. and we all know how professional these PLA soldier are

As I say, you are replying with an assumption with no facts to back your words. If a soldier is badly trained, all it takes for one deployment to have problem happened. PLA soldier are brought up with the different mentality unlike trigger happy and ignorant American soldiers.

Trying to used a training incident project the overall standard of PLA is the only cheap shot you can throw at me? Looks like you run out of ideas
