KSA will buy a huge chunk of the SA Denel's shares soon.. with ToT in every military sector.. maybe including the full nuclear cycle tech..
Only 60% of KSA's weapons come from the US.. and that is not going to stop soon.. all those purchased weapons come with ToT at varying levels and will be delivered on a period of 10 years.. (2017-2027).. which leaves ample time for KSA to continue diversifying its sources and localising many weapons technologies..

Don't take the Saudi's bluff seriously ... they will never alienate the US and they are in no position to do so right now. Also US alliance is magnitudes more beneficial to them than Russia or China. They're gonna start slowly with China for now, like other nations. But, completely replacing US and taking China as strategic ally is not going to happen for another couple decades at least.
