Do I have to go on? Hint: Nothing is black and white. Pakistan and USA had a relationship from which both sides extracted the most they could. As their interests diverged things have changed. That is how it is in international relations. You move on. You don't sulk ....

Ps. Without US help from the critical 1950 1970 period Pakistan would have been "mulched" by India That is a fact.

Nothing in life is free (i.e. aid)... there always is a caveat.

Sorry, you cannot fool me in this area with your propaganda. I know a professional who has worked with USAID and how it operates. I worked on a project in which USAID was considered as an option for funding.

I am also aware of how firms are selected for funding various projects in Pakistan. Our politicians normally prefer those firms that are lenient in their dealings with them (hint: commissions). Problem is that many American firms are not comfortable with such mindset.

You are probably affiliated with USAID and hence are not in a position to criticize their malpractice. Anyone who has read dozens of reports on USAID throughout the years knows that their projects are marred by corruption and politics. This is common knowledge. Even non partisan American institutes who carried out studies on USAID have acknowledged this fact.

I'm not spreading propaganda. I'm just pointing out the facts. The US also financed the fake vaccination program of Shakil Afridi to get to OBL. USAID is another American tool to further their interests. Your denial won't change this fact, but you are already aware of this fact.

Read the following "propaganda" by NY Times:

In Pakistan, U.S. Aid Agency’s Efforts Face Skepticism

India is. Stop shifting the blame from the guilty to a third party. If US wanted to f^ Pakistan up it has many options, very effective options.

Why doesn't the US capture FM Mullah in Afghanistan who is running a terror hub against Pakistan in broad daylight? Everyone knows his residence.

The US can't do sh!t to Pakistan. It is all bluff. All the accusations and lies against Pakistan from the US speak volume. If we are to believe US accusations against Pakistan, we would have witnessed another Hiroshima by now. The vilification and lies against Pakistan are mindboggling. The US knows its own duplicitous role in the relationship throughout the years and cannot attack Pakistan. It can only vilify Pakistan in front of its own audience and that is all.

All military and economic aid provided for various favors. If you think that all this was free lunch and a noble gesture, you my friend need a reality check. Have you heard and seen how the US senate views Pakistan today? Our American friends are drawing up and circulating maps to Balkanize Pakistan. On a day to day basis, US five star generals predict the end of Pakistan from across the border in Afghanistan. I'm just saying.

isi is not doing anything to get rid of these traitors.

if our people were running army, we would cooked these traitors alive and serve to each other.

The United States, through USAID, has funded the construction of 111 km needed to complete the 247 kilometer-long Kalat-#Quetta-Chaman highway. The funding of the highway is one element of a comprehensive U.S. program in #Pakistan to help restore essential public infrastructure in remote communities. This highway is a major trade route between Afghanistan and the Central Asian states. The highway also establishes a vital link between #Balochistan and the rest of Pakistan, reaching all the way to #Karachi. It is revitalizing cities and communities along the highway, expanding communication and transportation services, and improving access to basic health, education, and other social services.

Are Indian companies allowed to invest in the infra there?

Are Pakistani companies allowed to invest in infra in India?
I honestly don't know. But that is besides the point. Pakistani companies have less experience offshore. But there are many Indian companies with extensive experience in other countries. That could be one reason.

So, are Indian companies allowed to invest? Or do they usually lose in the bidding phase?
