US F-16 warplanes intercepted two Russian bombers in international airspace near the state of Alaska on Tuesday, the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) said.

The Tu-95 bombers were intercepted after “entering and operating within the Alaskan Air Defense Identification Zone,” NORAD said in a statement.

The Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ) is a perimeter in which air traffic is monitored beyond the border of national airspace to provide additional reaction time in case of hostile actions.

While tensions are high between the United States and Russia over Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine, NORAD said the bombers were not seen as a threat.

Pakistan should never let go of the F-16 supply from USA. Subsequent versions are heavily computerized and a headache to work on. We understand our temporary dependency on China, but long term US has always helped us. Diplomatically we need to strengthen our ties with USA. It is never about emotional ties. It is always about what works to our best interest. Our people voice their opinion more freely than the Chinese. Yes CPEC is nota bad project but Chinese mindset is that of a colonizer. We know colonizers better as wecame out of the worst called the Brits! In that we share a common brotherhood with several British Colonies including India. Though India looks large in it's population. Several of their leaders still support our cause. Instead of looking at India as a whole as our enemy. We should know that people on both side still havesome love towards each other, despite religious differences!

That was a mishmash of many different points, also you're Indian, why are you talking as if you're Pakistani? :what:

We will keep our relations based on what serves our interests best, and at least try to keep it balanced. China's wars are not our wars, and US' wars are not our wars either. That's between them.

There’s a lot that doesn’t make sense with this. I can tell you’re new to this but time will open your eyes more
