And the biggest problem is that many Indians are uneducated. That helps the politicians to hoodwink them into believing their trash and polarizing them on caste and religious lines. Some of the parties believe in keeping the masses uneducated(especially the minorities) so that they can be manipulated as a captive vote bank!

We all know that TODAY, not a single country on Earth regards Tibet as a sovereign nation.

So we naturally find it hard to accept that what you wrote above is true. And since you made that claim, the burden of proof is on you to back it up.

a) Yes you are quite right, but the entire world knows that a difference between a Han and an Uighur and a Tibetan is as diverse as a Tamil and a Bengali here in India

b) Separate kingdom, separate currency, separate legal system and separate god damned everything till it was trampled underfoot by Chinese machinations in the 1950's

c) It will just take a few months to reinforce the worldwide belief of the slow but sure genocide (physical and cultural) that the Hans have perpetuated on the Tibetans. Every single major economic powerhouse and western nations just do not believe the Chinese version of history as far as the Tibet Autonomous Region is concerned. The GoI needs to reinforce through a claibrated and measured approach to control the media here in India and start off with educationbg Indians about the Chinese pogrom in Tibet. It is not much of an effort that India needs to rake up amongst the comity of nations

d) Raise the number of battalions of the ITBP and the Special Services Bureau, these guys are so strategic in nature that the CPC knows that a blow or two would really hurt

e) Involve His Holiness in right ernest to the maximum extent possible on the Nalanda University project which has been passed by the GoI. Ensure that there is no country which follows Buddhism does not go un represented here. This is a very important and holds immense strategic value for us. The students must be South Korea, Japan, China (including global Tibetans), Entire SEAN countries

f) Needs to take strogn diplomatics steps and let it be known to PRC that India is certianly not a push-over. The occassional needling at the wrong places needs to be stopped with immediate effect. For supporters of CPC, please do not forget that India and the United States are the largest countries in terms of Internally Displaced Tibetans. They can be activated and prompted to do a no holds barred demonstration

g) India needs to make sure that if China (with whom we desire peace and tranquility) tries to force her way through in South Asia the biggest impediment that it will face is the Republic Of India. If they arent sympathetic to our causes and needs we need to reciprocate in kind. TAR and Xinjiang are still soft underbellies. We have seen and so has the world how panicky Hu Jintao became so as to cut short an international trip in the wake of uprising in Xinjiang. For the supporters of CPC: You dont want others to do you you what you do not like

h) Lend diplomatic support without thinking much - the likes of Ms Rebiya Kadeer ( The leader for democracy and peace for the Uighurs)

i) Covertly provide money to the World Uighur Congress leaders based across the globe

j) Reiterate and reinforce the fact that Pakistan Occupied Kashmir is an integral part of India and needs resolving, we do not realise that Aksai Chin is Chinese territory; and that India and Pakistan alone with the involvement of the Kashmiris alone have the right and a Locus Standi on Kashmir and there is absolutely no question of Chinese involvement here

k) Keeping in mind the recent Chinese insensitivities regarding Kashmir India must bring on table with a national consensus, a rethink on India's Tibet Policy

l) Stop all movement of military personnel coming to India who have served in Tibet and Xinjiang and cite "India does not support suppression of democracy by any means" and hence such people arent welcome in India

m) Forge stronger ties with Chinese enemies particularly Vietnam, South Korea and Japan, the second lot can be Myanmar (dubious though), Laos, Cambodia, Malay and Singapore (Not much hopeful particularly due to huge influx of Chinese in Malay, Singapore and Thailand)

n) Banish the Commies in India (all forms and structures incl CPM CPI CPI ML, MCC and the PWG)

I think that should suffice for the near medium term of a year or so, of course checks and balances need to be put where ever required. After all, we have strong diplomatic relationship with the PRC

^^^ Before you worry about Tibet, first worry about the tens of thousands of innocent Kasmiri civilians that have been butchered by Indian security forces.

The difference, is that no country in the world considers Tibet a disputed area, unlike Kashmir.
