No we don't need talks. We are in position that it doesn't matter if we have talk with Pakistan or not. We are happy with whatever part of kashmir we have got. We don't need more.
It doesn't matter us anymore what you or kashmiri want or think. Now we are strong economically and militarily so whatever you do, it will not affect us.
