In a way he is right. If India attacks us, we will use these weapons against them. Why wouldn't we? Now Indians should spend some (more) money in futile attempt to cancel these deals because for sure we will use them against whoever attacks us.

question is why would india attack pakistan , it never did rather look at history its always the Pakistan who fired the first shot in aggression and india dosent needs to attack pakistan all it needs is to keep building and mordenising its armed forces rest pakistan will do

According to the data [1] that the World Bank collects, this is how much foreign aid India has received in recent years

2009: 2,500,390,000
2010: 2,806,360,000
2011: 3,228,250,000
2012: 1,667,630,00
