At least you are honest and not like some others who try to play the Ummah card or suggest that Pakistan cares about Pashtuns in Afghanistan .

Afghani pashtuns are enemies of Pakistan since they claim our lands and are in bed with Indians to destabilize Pakistan since 1947. Rest of afghanis couldn't care less as their viewpoint will be more like Pedram once occupation end. Good thing is in future I see likes of Pedram dominating Afghanistan state policies, they are already dominant but scared of taliban thats why they give space to likes of Ghani and Karzai.

Once taliban are defeated and rest of afghanis don't give two shit about durrand line and being slaves of India just to piss off Pakistan then only sky is the limit.

Pakistan thinks they have exclusive rights over Afghanistan, and, hence, their PM wants zero Indian presence in Afghanistan forgetting Afghanistan is a sovereign nation. Let Afghans decide with whom they wants relations with.

You made such an oversimplified statement. US would had attacked any way. All it mattered was whether we were prepared to get attacked along with it or not. India had already offered its bases on the condition that US takes Pakistan out first.
And let us say we did give them platform, did we also provided Soviets with the platform?
