You don't find Uranium deposits in Nuclear test sites.....The deposits form naturally!You never tested any nuclear weapons anywhere near BD border AFAIK!

BDs need to work with IAEA to build up facilities where they can store these material and also to safely take it out from the ground as well.

Also now they need good defence as well to defend itslef from any aggressor like:

AAAs and MANPADs from Pakistan

AEW&Cs and Air & Surface Defence Radars from China.
