Israeli films damage inside of his home after it got struck by a rocket in southern Israel:
Humiliation for Netanyahu .... First casualty is in Tel Aviv rather than southern Israel .... Shock for Israeli's as well.... 9PM is approaching us too .... PIJ will capitalize on this imo ....
Lots of direct impacts in urban areas today. Iron Dome must be asleep. Not bad going for a population trapped in a besieged and occupied tiny open air prison using pipes as unguided rockets with tiny warheads (mostly) against a brutal and vicious occupying military powerhouse which receives billions of $ of US taxpayer military aid and was built on terrorism and loves massacring entire bloodlines of civilians at a time just to send a message.
That is just PIJ, Hamas is still holding back while it tries to build up its capabilities. Is this the first time PIJ was able to neutralise a terrorist occupier in Tel Aviv?

Israel was not expecting PIJ to be able to project such firepower. While PIJ lost some commanders, their artillery wing are going undetected for the most part, and the two day gap before the response shows preparation was taken. Apparently there may be victims under the rubble in Tell Aviv too, I see them searching on the AJ live stream.

Reminder from 2014, when Israeli brigades mobilized for the ground invasion, Hamas special forces took them by surprise and took out Golani and Israeli intelligence services. In the video you can see Hamas special forces filming themselves under artillery fire in enemy territory laying on the ground waiting for opportune moment to return back to Gaza. As their faces are blurred, they made it back into Gaza safely :

The purpose should be "stop attacks from Gaza to Israel", it's not kill.
Killing is only useful to create martyrs and escalation.
I wonder why each rockets launchers area is not just destroyed by IAF in the single first launch.

Really ? A settler from Tel Aviv ? in what year exactly did he settle in Tel Aviv ?
You are aware that about 25% of the rocket launched are failed launches , that end up landing in Gaza . Only the people of Gaza don't have Iron dome to protect them , so actually more rockets end up landing in Gaza than in Israel.
Look at this clip and tell me no Gazan was heart in this missile launches . What do you think are the chances that rockets that such a populated area would not cause any casualties ?

Whoever is responsible , another round seems to be coming to its close , nothing has changed or improved. Just more pointless casualties that advance us no where and improves nothing . You should have figured it out by now.
