India only has "9" and its highest ranking is @ #52 (see post # 19)

There are other developing countries like China, Brazil ...on Top500 list.

China's Mars mission was not successful because of the failure of the Russian spacecraft to leave Earth orbit. The Russian spacecraft was carrying our Yinghuo-1 Mars probe during its flight.

this thread should be about US, China EU and Japan building supercomputers. India was not mentioned. But the Indian members here brought in India and this thread has turn into India's supercomputer capability. Indians here should ask the author why Indian efforts were omitted in the articles. My belief is that he found Indian plans as not credible enough so they were not included as he wanted to write a respectable article. Not some fantasy to stroke the ego of a particular nationality.

Yes I had read same BS when India came out with a plan of Mangal Yaan. Lots of Nonsense open defection etc etc. Ultimately Chinese government took pride in Mangal Yaan as an Asian Country. When we shall come out with this exa flop computer, Chinese take pride in that once again. We are generous people. We do not mind Chinese taking pride in Indian achievement.

Indian already post their plan to build their super computer in another thread, why on earth Indian need to post the future Indian super computer in this thread is beyond me, their aim to achieve a workable super computer in 2020, too far ahead to boost their achievement, Indian have no super computer in the top 10 in this world. Hold your horse and wait till 2020 then start to boast or bath in your glory.
