Jamahiriya is the political system followed in Libya until 2011. It was a system devised by Muammar Gaddafi and was basically Direct Democracy Socialism.

What countries like India, Pakistan, Britain etc have is Representative Democracy which is basically multi-party dictatorship. What China has and what USSR had was single-party dictatorship.

Jamahiriya system is true democracy. In India, the Aam Aadmi Party has a similar system.

In India too the Tableeghi Jamaat is made up of Indians. And I don't deny that some of them want to become ISIS fighters.

By the way, the suicide bombers in Sri Lanka... they are from one of the offshoots of the Tableeghi Jamaat movement.
