I don't care abut that country. For last 20 years I am hearing the same excuse about Afghanistan. First it was American presence in Afghanistan that stopped us from hurting India. Then it was American withdrawal that is stopping us from hurting India. In future we would have some other excuse for Afghanistan to not to give India what it deserves
