Where are THEY now?

It just shows what is their respect to the nation and the national unity. They are cleaning the mess they did earlier and even talk about a new round of the ihanet sureci after elections. Bad.

The question was where are those checkpoints now. Give answer to this without taking political advantage out of our martyrs.

Political advantage? I am not the one that is saying every time before election that PKK will end from 15 years. The checkpoints are gone but what was the reason for the checkpoints and that PKK took control over Turkish territory in 2015 and 2016? It was the treacherous system implied from 15 years. How do you dare to defend people that forbid the army to do operations against PKK, put down the labels "How happy I am to call myself a TURK" from the cities and talked "sayin" to the man that gave orders to PKK to kill Turkish babies? I understand if they did that mistake only one time but they are doing it for 15 years. They worked with PKK more than anyone. They even dare to talk about a new ihanet sureci. Now answer me the questions. What is the guarantee that the process will not start again and the treachery will not continue? What must be the punishment for all the things I listed above or are they amnestied because they are trying to clean the mess they did before?

We have been at war with PKK for nearly 40 years and lost tens of thousands to the war. The war on PKK didnt wipe it out back then, and it didnt wipe it out during AKP time. It was clearly not going anywhere and Erdoğan tried giving diplomacy a try. I know PKK is horrible but if çözüm süreci worked within reasonable boundaries it would have been much better than perpetual war forever. Those who attack the process so much have only one thing in mind: revenge. Not peace at homeland, not stability of the country and the region, and not the future losses of life due to the war.
What is important is that Erdoğan gave them a chance but they proved to the whole world that they never even wanted peace. Now no one can blame Turkey for roasting them. And what is more important is that in the past decade Turkey improved the military doctrine and the defence industry so that the army effectively fights terror instead of constantly staging coups.

As we speak every square inch of land in the southeast is monitored by tens of drones that drop bombs on you, scatter you into pieces, and shoot the pieces 20 ft up in the air before you could finish saying "Biji Biji Kürdistan" if you are stupid enough to try to sneak into Turkey or do another malicious activity. This has effectively finished terror in Turkey. The past few months have been safest in turkey's recent history but of course some people conveniently forget that.
Last but not least we are finally marching into qandil, with almost no casualties (maybe exactly none). We are pushing the battlefield away from our borders. No previous government had the courage or capability to try this.

In summary, Erdoğan did what every reasonable leader should do. He gave the enemy a chance and proved to the world that they are not a negotiating lot. Then improved his military to have the upper hand and started destroying or at least pushing the enemy away from its territory. If anyone has a problem with that they can go to hell. We are not a gang, we are not a mafia, we are a goddamn country, our first priority should be peace not revenge and we should always leave room for diplomacy. And if you are so "nankör" to not see that the war on terror in Turkey has finally ended during Erdoğan's time then again, I hope you rot in hell.
