well in case of cows no religious text from followers of cow has forbidden eating beef, anyway its their choice.


In case of us well for your information Allah/Quran forbidden eating even dead cow and dead eatable animals (which normally we slaughter for eating) BUT Alla/Quran Allowed if there is total stravation and one is dying of hunger in such circumstances even haram things are allowed. This is level of respect and value to a human life.

So yes if we are in a position where there is NO other thing to eat and survive we are allowed to have insects

it was doing exactly what it was tasked to do: it stopped nations from meddling in other nations' decisions on war and genocide IF the top nations of the world cannot come to a consensus about them. the UN was created to maintain peace between the great powers, not to create comfort for lesser countries and races: in fact, small amount of violence (even genocidal violence) can be healthy for maintaining the greater good and the nobler cause in preventing a systemic war between the truly great nations and peoples.

I can tell you about one faith in Hinduism called Agora where people following that faith eat only meat of dead animals (Not rotten).

This is not a problem since the animal has died natural death and so no sin here.

In Hinduism we give respect to Nature, and we do not follow religious texts we follow common sense in most of the cases.
