There can be a resolution but the Pak army which needs a 'anti India hate campaign so it gets more funding will never want a peaceful solution to Kashmir, each time the civilian govt try like NS the military will stage a coup like Mushy or do a terror attack like the ISI did using it's state proxies on the Indian consulate in Afghanistan.

Like dialogs with India was going to achieve something which was not achieved in last 7 decades. And Kashmiris are the legitimate stake holders of Kashmir disputes. Anyway - there is no peaceful solution to Kashmir issue and it's not going to solve through dialogs with Bharat.
