Not possible to tell. Decoys have dummy warhead. You can't tell that with a ground based radar.

The missile itself is a metal shell. In the warhead might be explosives if the missile is real or empty or possibly sponge if the missile is decoy. Radar can't tell it apart.

Like Mr. White said in post 100, an AESA radar can literally produce 2 discreet radar beams to literally track two different targets in real time. And more if necessary. How can an AESA system discriminate a decoy warhead from a real warhead? Not because the two are structurally the same. Am going to leave that there for you to guess.
