What's new

UK woman forces daughter to marry Pakistani man

im not sure if anyone in the entire Muslim world can agree to that...besides it wasnt abt what term they use, it was abt different systems and totally different ways of life, who dont share anything in common with eachother........There is simply no jurisdiction of christian/secular courts over the Laws of Sharia nor over Pakistan's.

I don't think it was just the marriage, but also what was done to her. Also marriage without consent is illegal in Islam, plus I'm sure she had the backing of local Islamic authorities as well. No one would have solemnised a marriage like this, hence why the mum went abroad.

No you cant ever seen a white guy get pulled by pak greedy airport workers never they get smooth treatment. But oversea pak will be attacked for taxation.

Yes i have. They Start crying in 3 minutes saying its against their fundamental Rights.

People Start ringing.

By minute 21. Online protests have the youth in frenzy.

Minute 33. President intervenes.

And we all are part of this. You need to Stop the blame game.

But why do my countrymen agree with such marriage too is beyond me (rather to add to insult to the injury they r reporting it such a way as if its some revolutionary thing has took place and it was a good decision.

 according to whom mister?? Once a marriage contract is signed man n woman both have responsibility to uphold it, that u have written is the saga valid only BEFORE the nikkah contract is signed(u really r unaware of Sharia in detail are u?) and was the man present there whose wife she was? It was he, only who could have done it...if not him nobody could have nor im sure they have written that in marriage contract that they woman can give that too...but even if she could, that wouldnt have been without man being present there. This is total one sided bullshit which itself is illegal in islam...and im sure that secular court wouldnt be knowing that nor do the local islamic councils gay/female imams of west could have cared.

And neither would those locals imam have enough authority to write off a registered marriage in a Muslim country where the nikkah ceremony happened......If this girl had refused during nikkah then it wouldnt have took place to begin with

This is a matter of two conflicting systems, which do not recognize eachother to begin with, let go of them having jurisdiction over reachother. Even if that mother had done that, then it was in Pakistani law's juristriction to punish them since marriage is registered in Pakistan and nikkah also took place here. UK has no jurisdiction over it.

its abt sovereignty and maintaining the power of sharia over all man made systems.

blame everyone but ourselves...

long story short: it's a better place to live

i do hope you're a troll

According to whom mister? She was forced what part of that don't you understand. Are you saying forced marriage is allowed in Islam? The girl was also 13, how many girls do you know that can make an informed decision at that age? You know nothing about shariah so stop talking about it...Also even if the man was present so what? She was being forced into it.
I like it how you talk about shariah but swear in your posts, real benchmark you are setting there.
Gay/female Imams, what the hell are you are writing about? We don't have any of those leading any main congregation.
Imams can grant a divorce so there goes your argument, and no the husband's consent is not needed, here edcuate yourself;

If the husband refuses consent, Islamic law permits qadis and Imams to dissolve the marriage. This is known as
Faskh (judicial dissolution).

Yes they are bro.
Khula is and can only be done in a Sharia court/Muslim country's courts. In this case nikkah took place in Pakistan, so in here it will be decided only.....abt the rest i would leave to the courts.....But certainly christian/secular court or whatever u called. This is abt two conflicting systems, totally different from eachother, which dont recognize eachother hence no jurisdiction over eachother.
LOL and yr saying as if u never got a tent in yr pants after seeing her profile pictures specially those legs...gori gori. That woman is what i said! its just the reality, a realistic example i gave u of yr future! She is a living example of it.

lol do u even know what is the economy of pakistan? its 304 billion as of 2017. And its a country of 212 million(5th largest) im sure we can live without charity of mere 1.8 million people's community whose total remittances is puny 2 billion....Even those poor laborers of middle east have far higher remittances to Pakistan then ghetto living british pakistani's mighty pound-sterling.

She was raped at 13 and then made to marry her rapist when she reached 17

But she was also having sex with different guys, taking drugs and drinking alcohol in the UK all from a young age and would invite her boyfriends home .

Something fishy about this and even the welfare services state she was the dominant figure in the relationship with her mother.

Mother had her raped at 13? That too by a male relative?

Such a sad story.
