jamming is the best way defeat drones, but you first gotta spot it. which is why I said they are so small and quiet you wouldn't even know they are there.

this is entirely new threat. no one expects a mini drone to do this. I doubt even China is this vigilant.

So ... these elephants are vulnerable to ants.
There is no parallel to human brains though enormous technological breakthroughs.
It seems that the defences of such hardware are established keeping in mind the higher end of attacking systems. This mindset left the loophole for defeating such systems just by simple techniques.
It reminds me of Palestinian techique to send a rocket costing 60 US $ to be targeted by billion dollar Israeli iron dome system.
But sooner there will be claims by certain countries that their technologies are far superior and could not be penetrated. Who knows.

every modern airliner uses Windows Xp and some Embraers use 98! Just because it's old doesn't mean it can't do the job.

I thought the ciws would engage the drone in passive mode
