Sir, IMO these camps same like 'rehabilitation centers'. If yes nothing new, even Pakistan we have such ... when terrorists/potential terrorists caught, certain law enforcing agencies debrief them for their activities and where suitable, they send them to such centers to brainwash them for 'ideologies' which were taught them wrongly and improve their skills for job in society to mainstream them. If I am not wrong in West/USA they called such centers as 'correction centers' but for their specific goals and vested interests, they gave such centers the title of 'concentration camps'. Such people needs some introspection rather than pointing fingers.
