We call that 学习班 (study session), they've been around in China from day one of PRC, more Han Chinese are study and being trained in those 学习班 in every Chinese province, city , town and village , it's nothing new.

Tell me something. Do you actually live in Xinjiang or been there? Because the way you strongly defend them it's like you know it in a personal capacity.
Chinese people are hardworking and very often contribute more than they get, ask Chinese immigrants in South East Asia.
I agree with this. I have always been amazed by the hard work of Chinese and had great respect for them. We had a running joke how they would take over the world with hard work
