I think that you are talking about Pehlu Khan's muder case... entire India is shocked with the verdict... case is under review... First of all I don't infact never expected UAE to side with us against India so I am not surprised to see UAE giving a terrorist their highest civilian award. So good for india uae relationship.

$2 billions are not given for free. We will repay UAE govt with interest anyways. And why should we call back 2.5 millions Pakistan from UAE? They get paid for their work. No one is living their on social financial schemes there.
