Pakistani pilots have been instructing the Qatari air force from before you were born, we have been flying their planes since they became a country, we setup their air force and to this date Pakistani pilots play a crucial part there, why the hell wouldn't have they flown the Rafale huh? Are you sitting in the airbases all day? just use common sense, if they fly qatari planes, then rafale is a qatari plane as well.)
